FAQ

No! Once a logo is sold, that’s it. It is taken out of production.
You will receive you logo in both black and white and colour, with (if applicable) and without the tagline as a jpg, png, and pdf. If there is an icon we will also include a separate file of it so you have the option of using it on its own. We’ll also provide you with the font names and color codes used, so you can seamlessly extend your brand across all your marketing materials.
After you place your order, I’ll send a confirmation within one business day. The preview will follow within one business day after payment. Once approved, all final files will be delivered within a week.
Once you place your order, we will create work your business name (and tagline) into the logo and submit it to you for review. Your order includes one round of changes. These changes must be strictly related to the name and positioning. It does not include changes to the font, colour or overall design. Should you wish to make additional changes, we would be happy to offer a custom quote.
Readymade logos are $350+gst each and are invoiced after your order is confirmed.
